My Yoga classes and private sessions are designed to honor where our bodies are right now. We do that by modifying the poses to fit our bodies not the other way around. And most importantly, we link our breath with the movement.
Curious about meditation? As little as 5 minutes of basic meditation can have a profound effect on our lives. Many of us believe that we must sit in a certain position, for a certain length of time, chanting something unfamiliar. Not so...

I have been practicing yoga for many years and have experienced many types of yoga classes. In Lori’s class, I found a practice that not only helped me to more fully connect my breathing with the movement, but enabled me to make modifications for my body for a safer and more comfortable practice. I recently took a private yoga class with Lori Kleiman. I am a 54 year old woman, who has been a runner for most of my life. I was never one to stretch, and was very lucky I was never injured. Over the years, I have tried many yoga classes, private and group. I always wanted to have more flexibility, and also incorporate the relaxation techniques. The first time I had a private class taught by Lori, I was finally able to accomplish what I set out to do.
