The focus of this workshop is on helping each participant understand stress, identify stressors, and learn to respond rather than react to stressors. Practice of specific stress reducing techniques will give participants methods to monitor and control their own stress and wellness. (Length of workshop is flexible)

Balancing Home and Work
How to keep your head at work and your heart at home by assessing and managing job stress and separating your work life from your personal life.

Workplace Yoga Classes
Six week, on-site, yoga session, suitable for beginners. Help your team along for their stress and wellbeing with a yoga practice that links breath with movement, and honors our bodies where they are today. The classes will assist in effectively managing stress with instruction personalized for your company’s environment. (1 hour class once a week for six weeks. Requires a room large enough to accommodate a six-foot yoga mat for each participant.)

Quieting the Mind
This workshop will introduce participants to a variety of special techniques designed to quiet the mind. These include user-friendly meditation, breath work, journaling, visualization, relaxation techniques and the value of self-soothing talk.
